The rustic Starter consists of several samples of scacce, tomasini modican country side stuffed with ricotta cheese and fresh sausage, arancina, semi-hard cheese, flavored olives, bread and a bowl of fresh ricotta with homemade bread.

Highlight of the Agriturismo Al Monte is an encore of fresh pasta with pork sauce, including "cavatieddi" and the ravioli with ricotta, a dish that our grandmothers prepared for Sunday, a holiday or for an important occasion. The "cavatieddi" or also called "drawn", are tiny egg dumplings handmade on grooved wooden tablets.
The meat
The second deck is an encore of meat: pork and sausage to the sauce and mixed Grill of meat and sausage, served with a green salad.
Fruit
Seasonal fruits cannot of course failed.
bread wine and water
The local wine, together with water and bread, prepared by Mrs. Pisana, are part of the menu.
Dessert
The dessert is the frost with lemon, almond or laurel, the latter comes from an original recipe created by Agriturismo Al Monte.
Coffee
The coffee prepared with mocha, using good coffee blend.
